Plymouth Valley Vineyards is a unique part of Oklahoma history. Surrounded by the beauty of the rolling Gloss Mountains and colorful gypsum formations, Plymouth town site existed in the late 1800's and discovered in late 1905 prior to statehood in 1907.

Dennis & Elaine Flaming

In 2006, the Oklahoma Farm Bureau named Dennis and Elaine Flaming Farm Family of the Year. That same year, the couple opened Plymouth Valley Cellars. The Flamings have been a farm family since they married in 1966 raising livestock, wheat and alfalfa. In 2001 they planted a vineyard, Plymouth Valley Vineyard, which eventually led to the winery.

Plymouth Valley Cellars produces a worthy Oklahoma Riesling, a varietal that has been enjoying a renaissance of late due to its flavor and its excellent adaptability when paired with many foods. The winery is also developing a reputation for its aromatic Gewurztraminer, tenacious Cabernet Sauvignon, rich Zinfandel, excellent Cabernet Doux, Kiwi Strawberry and Flaming Ice, an ice wine specialty.

Non-alcoholic juices and Made in Oklahoma products are available at the winery gift shop which is open for tours, wine tasting and visits that give the guests a chance to enjoy the beautiful location surrounded by the Gloss Mountains and colorful gypsum formations to a town site that existed in the late 1800s.
